We've partnered with a fast-scaling client in the Boston North area seeking a sharp, high-ownership Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting. Our client is looking for a hands-on leader to drive financial performance, build out a scalable F&A foundation, and actively advise executive leadership on key decisions shaping short- and long-term growth. This is an ideal seat for an agile accounting professional eager to execute core accounting functions while directly impacting financial strategy. Financial Close & Reporting: Managing fiscal closes, executive reporting, and accrual accounting while providing immediate operational commentary on financial performance. Treasury & Cash Management: Leading daily banking activities, cash flow forecasting, financial compliance, and working capital oversight. Core Accounting Oversight: Overseeing AP, billing, collections performance (DSO management), payroll administration, and fixed asset tracking. M&A & System Integration: Driving purchase accounting, financial due diligence, chart of accounts unification, and workflow automation for add-on acquisitions. Audit & Tax Compliance: Serving as the primary contact for external auditors, risk management/insurance, and tax compliance across all operating units. The ideal candidate has Degree in finance or accounting 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting (3+ years in leadership position) Advanced degree preferred Passionate about improving, automating processes and accounting systems Adaptable professional, enjoys 'rolling up their sleeves' and diving into the numbers Team player who can work cross functionally in fast paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Randstad USA
