Certified Personal Trainer

The Trainer will motivate clients to achieve health and fitness goals in a social, fun workout environment that accommodates a variety of populations and fitness levels. Outside the scope of fitness, this position will also aid in membership sales and daily operations. Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Flexible hours between 4:30am-11:00pm Requirements & Special Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with group and individual clients Excellent management and leadership skills Good organizational skills Understanding of health club operations Experience in a health club is preferred Sales experience NASH preferred CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire) Responsibilities Respond to all member and trainer issues concerning personal training and fitness equipment Ensure all new members receive a complimentary personal training session Monitor personal training session usage Submit payroll information relating to personal training to the Fitness Director in accordance with the club payroll budget Facilitate the implementation of new member onboarding and follow‑up Increase member engagement through unique program creation Educate club staff on proper procedures pertaining to personal training equipment Encourage attendance at special events and follow all club/facility policies and procedures Must dress the part fit for role Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook Above description may be subject to change or alteration at any time Accountabilities / Measurement Standards Ensure standards of club cleanliness and customer service excellence Demonstrate professionalism by leading by example Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects Follow all policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr CRU FITNESS COUNTY LINE LLC
