Senior Manager, Clinical Scientist, Ophthalmology

Regeneron seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Scientist to lead ophthalmology clinical development programs. The role involves designing and executing clinical studies, partnering with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams to advance therapeutic candidates through development phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead scientific strategy for clinical studies from design through execution and reporting
- Partner with Medical Directors to develop protocols, amendments, and study conduct plans
- Author and review key trial documents including synopses, monitoring plans, and reports
- Review clinical and medical data to ensure patient safety and study integrity
- Represent Clinical Sciences on program teams, steering committees, and safety boards
Requirements
- MS, PhD, or PharmD in related scientific field
- 8+ years pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial design
- Strong medical writing and clinical research methodology skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in matrix organizations
- Ophthalmology clinical trials experience preferred
Compensation: $150,500–$245,500 annually
