Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service- helping with inquiries related to: coverage availability and eligibility policy changes and transfers claim submissions billing questions and clarifications Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options. Prospect for new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
