Field Technician

Cairo, GA | $20.00 - $25.00 / Hour


We are looking for a tech-savvy Field Technician to be responsible for providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software. You should be well-versed in all aspects of computer systems configuration, set up, and maintenance. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


R esponsibilities

• Commuting to clients to help with issues with connectivity, servers, set up, etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair common PC hardware issues and replace components
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows desktops and laptops, common business applications(Microsoft 365), and basic networking concepts
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willing to undergo criminal background check
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk
• Clean drug screen

Location: Cairo, Georgia

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm. Friday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm, alternating half days on Fridays
