Leasing AgentCedar Run Apartments is seeking a Leasing Agent to help prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience.Responsibilities:Conduct property tours to future residents and visitorsUse and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenueBuild relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renewGenerate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through emailProvide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospectsDevelop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current marketRequirements:RealPage / OneSite experience2 years of Leasing in Multi-family ConventionalExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitudeSocial media savvy + marketing experience is a plusSchedule:Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Every other Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Our Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
