We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Dining and Hospitality Services team at a 220-bed acute care hospital in Hazel Crest, IL. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of patient meal service, ensuring an exceptional patient experience while maintaining compliance with clinical, regulatory, and operational standards. You will lead and develop a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality service, supporting patient satisfaction goals, and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all patient dining operations and ensure timely, accurate meal delivery that meets patient preferences and clinical diet requirements.
• Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop patient services staff to achieve operational excellence and patient satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with clinical and dietary teams to ensure compliance with therapeutic and modified diet orders.
• Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement service improvements to enhance the patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accrediting agency regulations, including HIPAA, patient rights, and foodservice standards.
• Participate in and lead quality improvement initiatives, departmental meetings, and patient satisfaction programs.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree with relevant foodservice experience or Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Nutrition, or a related field.
• One or more years of foodservice management experience, preferably in an acute care or healthcare setting.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Diet Technician (DTR), or Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient dining services, therapeutic diets, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, and diet office systems.
• ServSafe® certification preferred.
