EACS Operations Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Supply Chain professional to support manufacturing programs by driving production planning, inventory strategy, supplier coordination, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with Program Managers, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery, production readiness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive production planning and inventory strategies based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve quality, supply chain, and operational issues.
Monitor manufacturing performance and proactively mitigate production risks.
Support supplier activities, First Article Inspections (FAI), and Supplier Requests for Information (SRI).
Contribute to SI&OP planning and production readiness assessments.
Ensure manufacturing capacity aligns with short- and long-term customer demand.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or 8+ years of relevant experience.
Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, or New Product Introduction (NPI).
Experience with SI&OP processes, supplier management, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
