Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for general physical therapy needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans of care, and document patient goals and outcomes in medical records.
- Collaborate with the care team on discharge planning, follow-up, and patient/family education.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and fall-prevention strategies.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and documentation standards in all patient interactions.

Requirements
- Active Montana physical therapy license or eligibility for Montana licensure
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work effectively in an inpatient care setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work a daytime shift on a travel assignment
