Respiratory Therapist - PRN

Registered Respiratory TherapistPRH is looking for a team member to join our Respiratory Therapy Department in the role of Registered Respiratory Therapist. This position is PRN and will be responsible for performing assessments designed to gather data relevant to the patients individual respiratory care needs, developing a plan of care, implementing the plan, providing treatment and diagnostic services, organizing care, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment/care provided.The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for performing assessments designed to gather data relevant to the patients individual respiratory care needs, developing a plan of care, implementing the plan, providing treatment and diagnostic services, organizing care, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment/care provided. The Respiratory Therapist performs pulmonary function testing, sleep oximetry testing, EKG services and a variety of other services. The Respiratory Therapist is also responsible for patient, family, and staff education as it relates to patient's pulmonary condition.Preferred SkillsAssociate degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy programRegistered as a Respiratory TherapistValid license in these state of WisconsinCPR CertificationACLS Certification preferredNeonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) or obtained within one year of hireFTE: PRN (as needed) Shift: As needed days, Monday - Friday.
