• Meet with residential and small business customers in their homes or businesses.
• Conduct security and technology consultations to identify customer needs.
• Present and demonstrate ADT security, smart home, video surveillance, and automation solutions.
• Design customized protection packages that deliver value and peace of mind.
• Generate new business through company-provided leads, self-generated prospecting, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Accurately prepare proposals, contracts, and related sales documentation.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
• Commission based.
• Prospect in designated territory.
