Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid, active Texas SLP License required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Expertise in OT teletherapy, including comfort with virtual platforms (VOCO experience a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work within an interdisciplinary team
• Knowledgeable about school OT best practices and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with billing software

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students, both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
• Evaluate and design individualized treatment plans to support students’ academic success and functional skills
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement therapy strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation in alignment with school and licensure standards
• Adapt interventions to meet the needs of each student, ensuring accessible and equitable support
