UI/UX Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced UI/UX Developer with strong Angular development skills and a passion for creating intuitive, user‑centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, front‑end technologies, and usability testing, and will play a key role in shaping the user interface and experience across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and develop user interfaces using AngularJS or ReactJS to ensure seamless user experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather insights. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user‑friendly designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively. Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation. Mentor junior designers and ensure design consistency and quality across platforms. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and optimizations. Ensure consistent application of design guidelines and standards. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to design strategy. Document design specifications and project release materials. Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining metrics. Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to standards and processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interfaces and experiences. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience with usability testing tools and services. Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
