Concierge

About the Concierge position

We are looking for a responsible Concierge who will provide members with solutions to meet their needs. Your duties will include analyzing a situation and providing a fresh perspective or developing a most suitable solutions.

Consultant responsibilities are:

• Perform situational and data analysis to identify the most efficient solution

• Perform short-term or long-term research to address a variety of marketing opportunities

• Coordinate efforts with team mates in other departments to fulfill the needs of our members

• Prepare reports on your results and present them to team lead

• Develop suggestions for improvement according to objectives

• Stay informed about changes in industry, products and services
  

Concierge requirements are:

• 3+ years' experience of working in a Customer Service position

• Solid experience with research techniques

• Good experience in project management

• Familiarity with CRM software along with ability to maintain relationship data

• Committed to high standard of integrity and outstanding work ethic

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
  

• Great listening and communication skills with analytical and creative mindset
