Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a home care setting to determine their rehabilitation needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment to effectively reduce pain and restore mobility.
• Document detailed treatment protocols and track patient progress systematically, updating therapeutic goals and treatment plans based on each patient's response to therapy.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on how to properly utilize assistive devices and engage in self-care practices.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
