Java Full Stack Developer

Java Full Stack Developer (Prior Experience Working with Vanguard is Must)We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular (13+/16), Microservices, and AWS to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with Vanguard and possess excellent leadership, architecture, and hands-on development skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical design, architecture, and development of full-stack applications.Convert functional requirements, UI prototypes, and mid-tier design specifications into scalable system designs.Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.Build responsive front-end applications using Angular 16, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.Develop and integrate backend services with RESTful APIs and cloud-based solutions.Guide and mentor development team members, resolving technical challenges and conducting code reviews.Collaborate closely with UI leads, mid-tier leads, business analysts, designers, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical collaboration sessions.Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.Implement CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.Quickly identify and escalate production or environment issues through the appropriate incident management process.Required Skills10+ years of Full Stack development experience.Prior Vanguard project experience is mandatory.Strong expertise in: Java (Advanced Concepts), Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, RESTful Web Services, Angular 13+/16, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 & CSS3, React, Node.js.Experience with: JUnit, Jest, Python, SQL, PostgreSQL.Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda.Knowledge of: OAuth Authentication, CI/CD Pipelines, Git-based version control.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading distributed Agile development teams.Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns.Experience building highly scalable and secure enterprise applications.Familiarity with cloud-native application development and DevOps best practices.
