We are seeking a highly organized, disciplined, mechanically inclined, and tech-savvy professional to manage our large fleet of Rivian Electric Delivery Vans (EDVs) and smaller fleet of gas-powered vans.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone equally comfortable behind a computer, troubleshooting a phone, and working in the parking lot. We value common sense, urgency, structure, transparency, and speed of execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Fleet Readiness: Maximize daily vehicle availability, ensuring vans are safe, charged/fueled, clean, and road-ready.
• Vehicle & vendor Co-ordination Accountability: Enforce disciplined vehicle check-out/check-in, key control, inspections, and compliance with fleet procedures.
• Accurate Recordkeeping: Maintain meticulous vehicle files, repair logs, maintenance histories, and Excel fleet trackers.
• Photo & Damage Verification: Compare vehicle photos from check-out and return, identify new damage, document discrepancies, and assist with property damage investigations.
• Vehicle Cleanliness & Readiness: Coordinate and enforce weekly van cleaning by Route Leaders. When necessary, be willing to personally step in and clean or prepare a vehicle to ensure it is road-ready for the next day. This is a hands-on role where no task is beneath you. Fleet readiness comes first.
• Yard Management: Keep the fleet shed, parking areas, equipment, and vehicles organized.
• Maintenance Coordination: Identify mechanical issues, coordinate repairs, manage vendors, and minimize downtime.
• Phones & Technology Support: Troubleshoot company phones and handheld devices, resolve basic hardware/software issues, install and update apps, manage downloads, and assist Route Leaders with technology issues.
• On-Road Support: Respond urgently to Route Leaders experiencing vehicle or device issues and support daily Operations.
• Operational Execution: Read, comprehend, and act promptly on emails, instructions, and operational priorities. Follow through without repeated reminders.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, strong computer proficiency, and professional email communication are GREAT TO HAVE.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting smartphones, apps, downloads, device settings, and basic hardware issues.
• Previous professional office experience combined with hands-on operational abilities.
• Mechanically inclined with practical automotive troubleshooting knowledge; EV experience preferred.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, disciplined, and meticulous about accurate records.
• Strong reading comprehension, common sense, sound judgment, and independent problem-solving.
• Bias for action: Speed, urgency, proactive execution, and consistent follow-through.
• Transparent, accountable team player who supports Route Leaders, Operations, and leadership.
• Full-time schedule flexibility is essential , including mornings, evenings, and weekends as business needs require.
