As a member of the WellStar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) Float Pool, you’ll bring your expertise to WellStar facilities, stepping in where you’re needed most. What You’ll Do:

• \n

  Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care—assessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation.

\n
• \n

  Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

\n
• \n

  Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

\n
• \n

  Respond swiftly and effectively to critical situations and codes.

\n
• \n

  Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and discharge instructions.

\n
• \n

  Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with WellStar standards.

\n

\n

What You’ll Bring:

Experience :

\n

\n
• \n

  Minimum 2+ years of recent, direct ED RN experience required.

\n

\n

\n

Education :

\n

\n
• \n

  Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) required.

\n

\n

\n

Required Licensure/Certifications :

\n

\n
• \n

  Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) required.

\n
• \n

  BLS – Basic Life Support required.

\n
• \n

  ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required.

\n
• \n

  PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support required.

\n
• \n

  TNCC - Trauma Nurse Core Course or ATCN - Adv Trauma Care for Nurses Cert preferred.
