Occupational Therapist

This full-time school-based occupational therapist will work for an 8-week contract in Farmington Hills, Michigan, delivering therapeutic services to students and collaborating with educators to support academic and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized occupational therapy plans for students.
• Conduct therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor, sensory, and cognitive skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to set realistic goals and track progress.
• Adapt classroom environments to meet students' therapeutic needs.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in electronic records.
• Educate students, families, and staff on strategies to support functional independence.

Qualifications:

• = 1 year of relevant experience and skills.
