Job Summary – Floor Care Technician
The Floor Care Technician is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and attractive flooring throughout the skilled nursing facility. This role performs routine and restorative floor care services, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning, while supporting infection prevention efforts, resident safety, and a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Previous long-term care experience preferred.
