QA Admin Specialist Full Time Chatsworth, CA, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1381 Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.00 Hourly HII is seeking a detail-oriented QA Admin Specialist to support our Quality Assurance team. This role involves assisting with inspections, documenting non-conformances, tracking corrective actions, and performing administrative and data-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable collaborating across production, engineering, and customer support functions. Key Responsibilities Assist with quality inspections, document and track non-conformances, and support resolution with production/engineering teams. Perform data entry, collect and analyze quality data, and prepare reports for management review. Generate and review work orders, test records, logs, 1st Article Reports (AS9102), and rejection reports for electronic record purposes. Support QA Management with interdepartmental communication, training coordination, and customer support. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and problem-solving initiatives. Skills & Abilities Reliable self-starter with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Strong organizational, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Proficient with Email and MS Office applications; general computer literacy required. Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant experience in QA tasks and customer support functions. Team-oriented, cooperative, and results-driven.
