We are looking for friendly, highly motivated leader to join our team. As the general manager at our store you will hire & lead a team of 20-25 people, keep our store looking neat and organized, and provide great customer service. We work to keep a neat and organized workplace to ensure efficiency standards. Providing exceptional customer service is our #1 priority, so a friendly and positive attitude is always needed! Our ideal candidate is:
- Good communicator
- Excellent at assessing customers' interests and needs
- Knowledgeable about current fashion trends
- Fast learner who can work with accuracy under pressure
- Multi-tasker
- Provide and implement improvement ideas
- Create amazing social media content
- Must live, eat and breathe fashion!
- Stellar knowledge of current teen and young adult fashion and brands
- Can handle a fast paced / high volume environment
- Amazing organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Radiate positive energy
- Desire to have a career and grow with the company
- Must work one weeknight per week and one weekend per month for the first year
- 35 hours of sales floor support per week plus 5-10 hours of admin work that can be done remotely
- $100 per month of store credit for managers
