Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Application Programmer III to join their team. As an Application Programmer III, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting the Trading and Securities Finance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Application Programmer III Location: New York, NY Pay Range: $71.60 per hour What's the Job? Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET/C#, Python, and OOP principles Implement and support messaging systems such as TIBCO or equivalent Design and develop N-tier architecture applications Optimize database performance and conduct tuning for Sybase, SQL, or Oracle databases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions What's Needed? Proven experience with strong development skills in .NET/C#, Python, and OOP Knowledge of TIBCO or similar messaging systems Experience with N-tier architecture and database management Understanding of Agile development methodologies Educational background in Computer Science or an equivalent field What's in it for me?
