We are seeking a skilled and dependable  Welder/Fabricator to join our growing production team in Mesquite. This position is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling high-quality products including grills, smokers, rotisseries, and custom metal components.

Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM| Overtime Available

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal materials
• Fabricate, cut, fit, and assemble components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain production goals while adhering to safety standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required
• Fabrication and metalworking experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
