Description General Description: The Store Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth store operations by assisting in various areas, including customer service, sales support, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position requires individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. Essential Job Functions: Sort, clean, price & stock all categories including housewares, electronics,shoes, books & clothing. Achieve set production goals. Maintain an organized and clean sales floor & work space. Perform cash register duties. Provide exceptional customer service. Assist with sales floor resets. Maintain and create attractive displays. Actively communicate with customers about Worthwhile and its mission. Assist with donors with the receiving of donations. Participate in helping with custodial duties. Other duties as assigned.
