Our client, a new and already expanding distribution center located in Avon, IN, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Material Handlers and Reach Truck Associates. Job Title: Material Handler and Reach Truck Associate

Location: Avon, IN

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

Shift: 1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Select and pick orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Operate order picker and reach truck safely, including working at heights up to 30 feet
• Stage products for shipment, ensuring proper scanning and documentation
• Perform general labor duties within the warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization as needed

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to operate order picker and reach truck (training will be provided)
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
• Willingness to perform general labor duties in a warehouse setting
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
