The Banquet Server reports directly to the Banquet Manager.Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hourPart-Time: Evenings, Weekends (<30 hours weekly)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Opening of the bar: ensure bar has adequate supplies, prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinksRestocks the bar as neededFollow Club Procedures for set-up and closing the bar areaMixes, prepares and serves drinks to members and guestsMaintains a clean and orderly work areaAdheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and club policies and procedures regarding alcoholic beverages and responsible servingOther duties as assigned by Banquet Captain, Banquet Manager, and Clubhouse ManagerRequirementsPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walkingEducation and Experience:Current ServSafe, RAMP, TIPS certification preferred1 year of Full-Service Bartending Experience RequiredMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
