HR Recruiter / Administrative AssistantLocation: Irving, TX — 100% On-Site / In PersonPay: $21-24/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PMHire Up Staffing is seeking an HR Recruiter / Administrative Assistant to support our client’s Human Resources team in Irving, TX. This position will assist with a variety of HR functions, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and administrative support.This is a fully in-person position with no remote or hybrid option. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Irving office every scheduled workday.Key Responsibilities:Review, sort, and organize incoming resumesScreen candidates and assess qualifications for open positionsAssist with recruiting for various roles throughout the organizationCoordinate interviews and candidate follow-upAssist with new-hire onboarding and related documentationProvide general administrative support to the HR teamMaintain accurate candidate and employee recordsHelp ensure recruiting and onboarding processes stay organized and on scheduleQualifications:Previous recruiting, HR, or administrative experience preferredExperience with recruiting and/or onboarding is a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasksComfortable working in a fast-paced HR environmentMust be available to work on-site in Irving Monday–FridayIf you have experience supporting recruiting or HR functions and enjoy working with people while keeping processes organized, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today to be considered!INDHP #J-18808-Ljbffr
