Let's connect anyway!ResponsibilitiesConduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plansOversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedbackComplete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skillsCollaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviewsQualificationsActive BCaBA certification and Texas licensure (or eligibility)Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related fieldAt least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferredHealthPro Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
