Remote IDR Arbitrator: Payment Disputes & Legal Analysis

COMMENCE

Commence is seeking a highly skilled Arbiter to arbitrate payment disputes, analyze documentation, and manage case files. The arbiter must remain neutral and draft concise, well-supported determinations within tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctorate, arbitration certification, and strong writing abilities. This remote role requires proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.
