Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience providing speech and language services in schools strongly desired
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, assessment tools, and therapeutic strategies for a diverse student population
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students exhibiting speech, language, or communication concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique goals, in alignment with IEPs
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with educators, families, and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations to help each student succeed academically and socially
• Offer professional guidance and resources to classroom teachers to facilitate communication development
