As an RBT at Lighthouse, you can expect to: Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, using your expertise to provide personalized therapy. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team. Apply Creativity in Therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment. Guide Children’s Progress: Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions. Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Physical requirements: Lifting or carrying more than 50 lbs.; ability to run, crouch, squat, kneel for sustained periods; bend at the waist; maintain full range of motion of hands and arms; sit on the floor or chair for long periods; move quickly from standing to seated or kneeling position without support. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
