We offer a full spectrum of services from training and risk assessments to armed security guards. As a company with two decades of experience, our clients include the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Services (DHS/FPS); Department of Defense, Pentagon Force Protection Agency (DoD/PFPA), Department of the Army and Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DoS/DS) National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Department of Energy (DOE). Job Details Unarmed Security Officer The A's Ballpark Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Training Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour Part Time/Flex positions available:
- Sunday availability to cover call offs, Mon-Wed 1800-2400.
- Thursday-Friday 1800-2400, Saturday availability to cover call offs
- Patrol interior and exterior areas of assigned facilities
- Monitor for suspicious activity, unusual packages, and safety hazards
- Assist in emergencies, including evacuations and conflict de-escalation
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
- Maintain accurate incident reports and activity logs
- Follow all post orders, procedures, and security protocols
- Serve as an ambassador for the client at all times
- Minimum age 21
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of verifiable experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service
- Unarmed PILB License
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain professional and effective in stressful situations
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations (or ability to learn quickly)
- Clean, professional appearance
- Fit for duty and able to perform foot patrols
