Work Environment

This remote position allows for the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home, utilizing our telehealth platform to reach clients effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their specific mental health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide individual counseling sessions, both virtual and in-person when necessary, fostering a non-judgmental and comforting atmosphere that promotes healing.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly evaluate their progress to ensure effective treatment.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and promptly, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practices.
• Engage in ongoing learning opportunities and professional development to stay current in mental health practices and expand your skillset.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Clear Skies, we serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in supporting clients from varied backgrounds, understanding their unique experiences, and providing culturally competent care.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client relationships.
• Proficient organizational and time management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or with virtual counseling platforms.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic methodologies.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or the elderly, is preferred.
