- Set up and change over CNC machines for different production jobs.
- Tune setups for accuracy, speed, and reliability.
- Use manual machining for quick corrections and support tasks.
- Monitor operations; adjust offsets, tools, and parameters to maintain quality.
- Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain safety standards and an orderly work area.
- Demonstrated experience with CNC setups and rapid changeovers.
- Manual machining know-how and familiarity with common shop equipment.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings with confidence.
- Detail-driven approach and pride in high-quality output.
- Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently.
- Good communication and teamwork habits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification is a bonus.
- CNC machine setup and changeover.
- Production-ready machine setups.
- Manual machining capability.
