Your impact, day to day

Set up and change over CNC machines for different production jobs.
Tune setups for accuracy, speed, and reliability.
Use manual machining for quick corrections and support tasks.
Monitor operations; adjust offsets, tools, and parameters to maintain quality.
Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain safety standards and an orderly work area.

What it takes

Demonstrated experience with CNC setups and rapid changeovers.
Manual machining know-how and familiarity with common shop equipment.
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings with confidence.
Detail-driven approach and pride in high-quality output.
Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently.
Good communication and teamwork habits.
High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification is a bonus.
