At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, our Radiation Therapy Supervisors do more than oversee daily operations—they lead high-performing teams, develop future leaders, drive innovation, and help deliver world-class cancer care every day. As a Radiation Therapy Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Chief Radiation Therapist to ensure exceptional patient care, engaged staff, and efficient clinical operations. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Radiation Therapists while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care. Manage staffing, scheduling, time-off, and overtime to maintain equitable coverage. Partner with leadership to improve workflows, implement new initiatives, and enhance operational performance. Support quality, regulatory, and radiation safety standards while promoting a culture of professionalism and compassionate care. Mentor exceptional clinicians and help shape the next generation of leaders. Collaborate with nationally recognized physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams. Drive innovation, improve operations, and make a meaningful impact on patients, staff, and the future of cancer care. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program. ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy. New York State license (or eligibility). Minimum three years of Radiation Therapy experience. Lead Radiation Therapist or comparable leadership experience.
