Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care Facility Location: Haskell, NJ Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem Job Overview We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at a respected long‑term care facility in Haskell, NJ Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and oversee medication management. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Monitor residents’ health, including vital signs, and report any changes in condition to the RN or physician. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of residents’ care and progress. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey. Experience in long‑term care, geriatrics, or related healthcare fields is preferred. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
