Job Summary:
At Right at Home Cleveland Northeast, we are seeking compassionate and caring Caregivers to provide top-notch in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes, including:
+ Companion care
+ Light housekeeping
+ Meal prep
+ Personal care services such as bathing and dressing
• Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other care team members
• Perform light household tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Assist with medication reminders and management
• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Requirements:

• Passion for providing care and assistance to others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and move around comfortably
• Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years (entry-level position)
• Level of Education: n/a
