PRN Pre OP/PACU RN USPI Aloe Surgical Center is seeking a motivated PRN Pre OP/PACU RN to join our team. Job Summary The RN Pre‑op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre‑op/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient‑family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Pre‑op/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN Pre‑op/PACU reports to the Manager of Peri‑Operative Services. What We Offer Competitive wages Opportunities to better yourself professionally Free parking Required Skills & Qualifications Current AZ Nursing License Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Minimum 2 year experience in a hospital setting Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors and the public Excellent communication and organizational skills Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity and innovative Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient Understands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics Excellent teaching skills Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology Required Experience Experience working in an ASC is a plus Must be team‑oriented and patient‑focused #J-18808-Ljbffr
