Weatherford Honda is looking for a motivated and dependable Honda Certified Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team! Responsibilities

As a Honda Certified Service Technician, you will:

1. Diagnose and repair Honda vehicles according to manufacturer standards
2. Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, fluid services, and inspections
3. Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using appropriate diagnostic equipment
4. Complete warranty and recall repairs according to Honda guidelines
5. Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify necessary or recommended repairs
6. Communicate repair findings clearly with Service Advisors
7. Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
8. Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
10. Keep up with new Honda technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer requirements
11. Participate in required training and continuing education
12. Work as part of a team to provide an excellent experience for our customers

What We're Looking For

• Honda certification and/or previous Honda dealership technician experience preferred
• Automotive repair and diagnostic experience
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn, grow, and stay current with changing automotive technology
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing quality work
