Real Estate Transactional Associate

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Real Estate Transactional Associate in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will support the Community Development Finance Practice Group with solid real estate transactional experience, including real estate lending and joint venture financing.
Duties
- Draft senior, real estate secured loan documents and joint venture partnership agreements.
- Review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys.
- Oversee paralegal title and survey review.
- Represent lenders, investors, and syndicators in real estate financings qualifying for tax credits.
Requirements
- 3rd to 5th year associate with recent real estate transactional experience.
- Licensed to practice in the state of Utah.
- Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed attorney in Utah.
Skills
- Experience with tax credit transactions.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
