Class Action/Business Litigation Associate - Hybrid

Small (but sophisticated) plaintiff-oriented civil litigation practice in Clayton seeks a full-time civil litigation associate. Caseload will primarily focus on business and class action litigation. However, the firm handles a variety of civil litigation matters including mass tort, premises liability, personal injury, employment, and defamation cases. Qualified candidates will have 5 + years of civil litigation experience, excellent legal research and writing skills, an interest in a diverse caseload, and a valid license to practice law in Missouri. Missouri + Illinois bar license(s) a plus. Jury trial experience preferred but not required. Interview preference will be given to candidates with prior class action and/or business litigation experience. Good salary!
