We are seeking an experienced Industrial Production Support professional to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with control and power distribution panels , mechanical assembly, and manufacturing/production environments.

The successful candidate must be able to read and interpret basic electrical and mechanical drawings , identify common components, and use drawings to create accurate identification tags for control panel components.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the manufacturing and assembly of control and power distribution panels .
• Read and interpret basic electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Identify basic electrical components and their locations from drawings.
• Create and apply identification tags for components based on engineering drawings.
• Assist with control panel mechanical assembly and production activities.
• Support production teams in meeting quality, productivity, and scheduling requirements.
• Work with MRP systems to track production information and materials.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with production, engineering, and management teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Work overtime as needed to support production schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in a production or MRP environment.
• Experience working with control panels, power distribution panels, or industrial electrical equipment .
• Ability to identify basic components from electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings for component identification and labeling.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with control panel mechanical assembly .
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• LEAN Manufacturing experience.
• APICS/CPIM certification .
• Additional experience in industrial electrical or panel manufacturing environments.
