What you'll do

Canvass neighborhoods door to door and talk with homeowners

Educate qualified homeowners about solar

Schedule appointments for our solar consultants, who handle pricing, contracts, and payment

What you'll earn

On-target earnings of $75,000–$100,000+ per year

Guaranteed base salary of $20,000–$36,000, depending on level and performance

Commissions and performance bonuses on top

Up to $500 per month in additional incentives when you hit production goals

Experience in residential canvassing, DirecTV, pest control, alarm, or smart home sales, hospitality, or the service industry is a plus. Solar experience is a bonus.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with data
• Strong communication skills in English
• Able to commute to West Jordan, UT
