Pediatric RN/LPN – Daytime 1:1 Care (West New York, NJ)

Position Overview

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for a 1‑year‑old child in West New York, NJ . This is a wonderful opportunity for nurses who love pediatrics and enjoy providing focused, individualized care in a supportive home environment.

We have immediate openings for daytime shifts , offering steady hours and a predictable schedule. Our pediatric team provides strong clinical support, ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout your time on the case.

Key Responsibility

• Provide daytime pediatric nursing care — Support the child’s daily needs, comfort, and safety during daytime hours

Pay Rates

• RN: $39–$41/hr

• LPN: $35–$38/hr

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN License

• Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care 

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
