Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of automotive parts counter sales experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts catalogs and electronic lookup systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ford experience is preferred, but not required; we welcome candidates with experience from other manufacturers
- Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts inquiries
- Accurately identify and source automotive parts
- Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and credits
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability
- Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stocking procedures
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
