Dental HygienistWe are seeking a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and creating a welcoming environment. This is more than a traditional role — it's an opportunity to join a patient-focused team that values collaboration, supports your growth, and empowers you to help patients feel healthier, more confident, and better cared for.ResponsibilitiesPerform periodontal procedures in accordance with state dental board requirements and patient care best practices.Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease prevention, treatment strategies, and the connection between oral health and overall systemic health.Chart periodontal conditions and collaborate with the Dentist to develop appropriate treatment plans.Partner with the team on scheduling, patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment.Deliver care in a way that promotes patient comfort, trust, and long-term retention.QualificationsDental hygiene license in good standing and compliant with State Dental Board requirements.Two or more years of experience as a licensed Dental Hygienist preferred, but not required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental software; Dentrix experience preferred.Compensation & Benefits We don't just offer a job — we offer a future.
