As a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative, you'll leverage your skills to retain valued customers and upsell our top-tier services. How You'll Make an Impact * Engage with customers to resolve billing inquiries, product questions and service complaints * Apply telephone-based techniques to retain customers and upsell Spectrum's video, data and phone products * Maintain high levels of professionalism and courtesy in every customer interaction * Achieve and exceed activity goals by following call handling metrics such as productive time and handle time * Master order processing within the billing system for retained accounts and new sales entries * Demonstrate proficiency in explaining Spectrum's products and services while effectively comparing them to competitors * Support efforts to enhance the customer experience through every transaction Working Conditions * Office environment What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education * High school diploma or equivalent Skills * Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish * Demonstrated working knowledge of cable communications products and services to include video (TV), data (internet) and voice (telephone) * Ability to work variable hours; may include weekends, holidays, and split days off * Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight forward, and professional manner * Ability to apply appropriate customer solutions and sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of stated customer solutions goals * Effective computer and consumer electronics skills * Ability to use personal computer and relevant software applications including the billing system * Proven verbal and written communication skills * Ability to handle irate customers and resolve issues * Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience * 2+ years of call center experience in customer service or phone sales, or equivalent experience #ZRSM2 #LI-TG1 CRT110 2026-75604 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
