The SC Mnger provies strtegic n opertionl leership for the mbltory Srgery Center (SC), blncing clinicl excellence with ministrtive efficiency to ensre high-qlity, ptient-centere cre. This role serves s the key liison between clinicl tems, ministrtive leership, physicins, n externl prtners.

• Provies oversight of ily SC opertions, iviing time between clinicl responsibilities n non-clinicl leership ties to ensre semless coorintion of cre.
• Oversees n mintins systems tht spport sfe, efficient, n ptient-focse cre, incling stff lloction, eqipment reiness, n throghpt mngement.
• Les the evelopment, implementtion, n monitoring of qlity improvement inititives. Prepres n sbmits Q reports, incling incient trcking, ily n monthly qlity shbors, n tren nlysis.
• Ensres ongoing complince with regltory stnrs n ccreittion reqirements, incling HC, CMS, OSH, n internl policies.
• Monitors stff creentils n trining complince, ensring ll certifictions (e.g., CLS, BLS), helth reqirements (e.g., PP, inflenz vccintions), n onboring ocmenttion re crrent n complete.
• Les recritment, onboring, n trining efforts in collbortion with the irector of Enoscopy Opertions n Hmn Resorces.
