Part Time Stock Coordinator (Palisades Women's)

Keep Buck Mason Running Smooth as a Stock Coordinator! Responsibilities Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory counts. Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or over‑stock situations. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, and support sales associates during busy periods. Assist in daily operations of the shop, including maintaining the shop’s aesthetic and cleanliness, and responding proactively to unexpected circumstances. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and best practice standards for the stockroom. Establish and maintain organization of back‑stock apparel and accessories. Replenish the sales floor from back stock. Prepare all shipments to be steamed, hung, or folded (remove paper and packaging). Perform all job duties in compliance with company productivity and visual standards. Notify the Store Manager in advance of supplies needed (hangers, sensors, and pins). With Manager’s guidance, open, sort, and prioritize all incoming shipments. Required Skills Comfortable navigating a computer and using POS software. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Excellent multitasking abilities, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays. The base salary range for this role is $17–$21 per hour, with additional bonuses and perks based on performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
